Our guests have left, the bottles have been trudged down the recycling and we can now relax round the fire on this beautiful Autumn day in the Scottish Highlands. Tomorrow it’s back to Luton airport and the M25.

Five years ago we turned a dilapidated Victorian shooting lodge into a five star Highland retreat.
